All of these dies were my late sister Betsy’s. She had a small gifts store where she also sold crafts AND she was also an avid craftsperson herself. Sadly, she died unexpectedly last year. I know she hoped to retire and use her massive crafts room to the max, but she didn’t get the chance. That’s why some of these dies are used and some are not. And even those that are used were only used by her. That’s one. Part 2 is I know nothing about this craft other than the wonderful people I’m meeting as I try to sell her inventory. I am doing the research as best I can, but you have to bring your due diligence to the table. I am pricing each piece at or lower than the average of what they have been selling for (not the crazy prices people sometimes ask). Several of these have not been sold on ebay in the last 90 days; I’ve had to guess at a price. Your real bargain, however, is when you buy more than one die, because I offer volume discounts. Part 3: New vs. used. Used is easy; if the die isn’t in a wrapped package, it’s used. “New” isn’t always easy; some of the circle seals are broken on the packages that nonetheless look like they’ve never been opened; they have embossing folders or paper stock inside. They may have opened over the years…or my sister may have put them back very carefully. Again, I ask you to be the judge. Part 4: Most or all of these dies are retired, like me. So much nicer than to say “discontinued”. All but a couple are the 6″ x 5-1/2″ x 5/8″ classic die size compatible with Sizzix BIGkick, Big Shot, and Vagabond machines. None of these are the more modern thinner dies. Part 5: Combined shipping. Of course I will, and ebay’s computers will always charge too much for three or more items. That’s because a human can start to figure out how many will fit into a padded envelope or a fixed rate priority box, etc. I’m a one-person show, so I pack every package. I’ll make sure you have the best deal, and issue you a refund if called for, or work out a figure before you buy; just ask before you buy. Last, if you’re still reading.
